反應釜測量及控制安裝於:

• 非防爆區
• 安裝于防爆區外但感測器安裝于防爆區內

Our glass process equipment is mainly installed in Ex Zones and therefore requires intrinsically safe ex proofed sensors and ex displays (field displays) in most cases. All electrical and electronic equipment installed in hazardous area must comply with Atex (Europe) or local fire - protection safety regulations  and guidelines. Buchi Ex proofed compenents are:

• ex control panels
• ex control and displays, example pH
• pneumatically driven valves with actuator
• reflux controller
• others

For measure and control devices of reactors, installed in :

• Ex free or non ex zone
• installed outside Ex Zones but with conection to probes in the Ex zone
